Blazing into Monday

Last week I did some serious spring shopping. I started out just looking for new shirts but ended up with tons of other new bits. Isn't it funny how you can go shopping for one thing and end up finding other awesome pieces? One of the items I found was a mauve pink blazer hiding in the clearance racks at Belks. I have never worn a blazer before but the minute it put this one on I felt awesome and knew I had to get it!

Its a super relaxed fit for being a plus size blazer, but has bold black stripes so Ive pared it with a light wash Torrid skinny jean and an old Jannis Joplin band t-shirt. And because I love to mix and match my patterns, I went with my leopard print flat points. I think this is a fun easy look that can go from Monday morning work grind to dinner date kicking the week off! ⚡️🌸
